Performs evaluations and establishes plans of care, according to their disciplineThey document clinical measurements and outcomesThey provide direct patient care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulationsRequirements:
With Physician orders, provides clinical evaluation of patients with subsequent treatment plan developmento Provides quality patient treatment to help patient reach their highest practible level of function.
' o Provides oversight, communication and collaboration to the therapy assistanto Maintains current documentation and attests to correct billingo Is familiar with and follows the Incite Policy & Procedure Manual and the Incite Employee Handbooko Is familiar with the Incite Corporate Compliance Program o Is clinically competent with all therapy procedures providedo Participates in Quality Assurance as assignedo Is an active member of the facility interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
o Graduate of an accredited therapy program o Current license from the state of practice o Current TB skin test Additional Info:
