Job DescriptionWeekday and Weekend Shifts availableWeekend shifts at Spring Creek come w/a sign on bonus $1500 for one year agreement ($750 at 6 months & $750 at a year) $3000 for two year agreement ($750 at 6, 12, 18, and 24 months) Qualifications/Competencies Required:
Associate Degree, bachelor preferred from accredited college or university State of Oklahoma LPN License Show Competencies in Co-Occurring Disorders Prefer at least 2 years psychiatric experience Duties &
Responsibilities:
