Responds to inquiries from tribal members by mail, telephone or in person. Reviews tribal members'' title and registration for any errors. Collects and mails dropped off information to complete vehicle registration. Prepares title recall letters to members when errors have been discovered. Prepares situation letters to members concerning detected errors or omissions for proper documentation required. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Motor Vehicle.
High school or general education degree (GED). At least six months experience in a related field. An individual should have knoweldge of database software and word processing software. Must possess a valid driver''s license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating. Carries out tax rules and regulations and understands Cherokee Nation Tax Law 68CNCA.
